  2. Opt-In: You may opt-in by providing your phone number and checking the consent box on our website form. By doing so, you provide your express written consent to receive automated, informational text messages from us.
  3. Opt-Out: You can opt-out of the SMS service at any time by texting "STOP" to any message you receive. You will receive a one-time opt-out confirmation text message. After that, no further messages will be sent to you. For help, text "HELP".
  4. Cost and Frequency: Message and data rates may apply for any messages sent to you from us and to us from you. Message frequency will vary depending on project activity and milestones.
  5. User Requirements: You must be the mobile phone account holder or have the account holder's permission to enroll. You must be 18 years of age or older.
